Under the general supervision of the Site Work & Field Services Division Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the “on site” construction and installation of portable buildings. Reporting to the Project Controls & Reporting Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the facility preventative and corrective maintenance, supervision of staff & subcontractors, and coordination with the client. The scope also includes a computerized maintenance management system and inventory controls.
