To be considered for support, all requests must be in writing. To assist in the review process your sponsorship request should contain the following: • Name, address, phone number, email, and contact person's name and title • Information on your organization • Type and amount of support requested • Charitable registration number assigned by Revenue Canada • How you will use the funding • Proposed recognition of donation
Requests for sponsorships are numerous, please allow 4 weeks for review and consideration. Requests may be submitted by email to executive@northerntrailer.com or fax 250-828-2025. Alternatively, sponsorship requests can be dropped off in person at any of our business locations. Proposals must be submitted annually. Ongoing support should not be assumed.
