Task: Helicopter transport of 32 custom designed and manufactured buildings for a remote, mountainous exploration camp

Specialized Custom Manufactured Buildings

For over 15 years, Northern Trailer has provided Highland Valley Copper with specialized and custom manufactured buildings.

Workforce Housing

In conjunction with the major expansion of the paladium mine near Thunder Bay, Ontario, Northern Trailer supplied and installed a 262-person permanent camp complete with six 42-person fully reconditioned bunkhouse complexes, a 15-unit (9,800 square foot) kitchen / dining hall / recreation complex and a six-unit (2,900 sqare foot) management staff quarters.

 

 

Alaska Labs

Northern Trailer provided Teck Pogo with a custom designed and manufactured 3,900 square foot Environmental Mine Assay Lab.

Operator Booths

Northern Trailer has designed and manufactured more than a dozen operator booths for mining operations.  Each was customized to site requirements and came fully-equipped with cabinetry and pressurized air-conditioned cabs to ensure operator comfort.  Booths were shipped as far away as Indonesia.
