Responsibilities: The Sheet Metal Worker will work under the direction of the Department Supervisor and carry out the various duties related to this position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment alongside various other trades. This is a full-time position available at the main plant in Kamloops, BC.
Experience Required: The preferred candidate for this position will have diverse experience with various sheet metal applications. Knowledge of the modular building industry is an asset.
Qualifications: Candidates with Apprentice or Journeyman status will be given preference. The successful candidate will demonstrate organizational, time-management and decision making skills. This individual must have the the ability to effectively manage a fluctuating workload and set priorities to meet deadlines. The ability to work independently and as a team member is essential. This position is an active and all-encompassing one, so applicants should be able to safely and comfortably carry out physically involved activities.
