Client: Sun Peaks Resort Task: This three storey staff housing complex of 47 suites was manufactured and installed by Northern Trailer during the Fall 2008. At full occupancy the complex sleeps over 90 persons and is fully equipped - providing "like home" living for employees working at Kamloop's Sun Peaks Resort. The complex contains both “bachelor style” suites with living/sleeping space, kitchen and bathroom with shower, as well as executive suites with separate living space, kitchen, full bathroom with tub/shower, and either 1 or 2 bedrooms; a common storage area is available for residents.

Client: Northern Vacuum Task: This company required several fully-contained mobile units to house crews working on oil patches. The solution needed to be flexible and relocatable –capable of moving with the operations. Northern Trailer custom-designed and built three units within a two-month period. The solution was a rugged, mobile design with a dual tandem axel, gen set, built-in sewer and water tanks, full-sized washrooms with toilets and showers, and living quarters for two people. Other features include a radiant propane heater, washer and dryer, a full kitchen with solid birchwood cabinets and granite countertops, a television with satelite and a custom-designed office desk.
